Diana DeBrohun – Owner and Social Media Coach
I couldn’t live without social media. I used to, back in the olden days, but it has made my life so much better. Now, I don’t want to go back.
Personally, it helps me stay connected with my large, extended family, who live hundreds of miles away. And it keeps me in touch with what’s important in my day-to-day life. I use social networking not just for connecting with family and friends, but also for keeping up with the latest news, listening to my favorite music, watching funny videos, networking with different groups and building social capital.
Professionally, social media marketing provides more and better tools for connecting with clients. As the communications and development coordinator Via Mobility Services, a nonprofit based in Boulder, Colorado, I introduced the organization to social media marketing, advocating for its use to engage clients, donors, funders and the community.
Now as a small business owner, social media marketing is an efficient and cost effective way for me to get the word out about my services.
I founded Silver Surfers Digital Media to help individuals and businesses use social media and social media marketing to learn, connect and grow. So let’s get started!
